William David Homes a finalist for Midlands top housebuilder

Leicestershire five star housebuilder, William Davis Homes has been shortlisted as one of the Midlands’ top housebuilders in the forthcoming Residential Property Awards 2017.

William Davis Homes is a finalist in the Housebuilder of the Year category, which is one of ten awards to be presented at a gala dinner at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Thursday 8th June. Now in their second year, the Midlands Residential Property Awards are designed to showcase the schemes, companies and deals behind the region’s thriving residential property sector and are organised by B2B media company, Insider.

“The quality and breadth of entries this year has been fantastic,” said Insider’s business editor, Ian Griffin. “We’ve had submissions from some of the region’s biggest and smallest property businesses. The judges will certainly have a tough time deciding who takes home the prizes.”

Based in Loughborough, William Davis Homes has been building high quality homes across the East and West Midlands for more than 80 years. With nine live developments and a further two set to launch before the summer, the company’s homes vary from two bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached properties and are finished to the very highest specification.

Stephen Rush, sales director, commented: “The last year for us has been phenomenal. Not only have we recorded more than a 50% growth in the number of house sales, like for like against last year, but we’ve achieved this without compromising on quality or service – a fact endorsed by the HBF 5 star status we recently retained for the second consecutive year.

“To add to this with a position as a finalist for the Midlands best housebuilder is really exciting, and whether we win or not, it’s certainly excellent recognition of our growth as a top quality regional housebuilder.”

Over 300 property professionals are expected to attend the event, where a Lifetime Achievement Award will also be presented alongside the ten category winners.
