The show, which took place at the East of England Showground in Peterborough, is the UK’s largest farm machinery, equipment and services event, giving the firms specialist ARA team the chance to speak to and advise members of the country’s farming community.
Regularly attracting more than 45,000 farmers from across the UK and overseas, who come to hear from the 900 exhibitors, the firm has a long partnership with the event and has hosted a stand at LAMMA for the last three years.
As one of the UK’s leading agricultural accountancy specialists Moore Thompson’s experienced team were on hand for the two days of the event to discuss a wide-range of issues affecting rural businesses, including tax and specialist grant funding.
Andrew Heskin, a specialist in the finances of farmers and a partner at Moore Thompson, said: “Yet again we were blown away by the response we have had from members of the UK farming industry at LAMMA 2017.
“We have lots of people coming over to us to discuss how we could help their business and I hope most of them went away with advice that will prove useful to them in the weeks and months to come.”
Moore Thompson – based in the heart of one of the UK’s largest farming communities – is well known amongst the agricultural industry for its forward-thinking, bespoke accountancy advice and support.
