Truelove Property Up for East Midlands House Building Award

A family-owned Lincolnshire house builder is celebrating after being shortlisted for a regional property construction award.

Truelove Property & Construction, which has been building homes in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire since 1968, has been nominated for a prize in the East Midlands LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017.

The company’s recent development at Rookery Meadows in Scotter, Lincolnshire has been shortlisted in the Best Small New Housing Development category.

The awards are organised by Local Authority Building Control, a not-for-profit membership organisation that represents all local authority building control teams in England and Wales.

The Truelove team will be attending a black tie awards ceremony at Athena in Leicester on Friday 9th June 2017 in the hope of bringing back first prize.

All regional winners will automatically qualify for the LABC Grand Finals which will take place in London on Friday 10th November 2017.

“It’s a great honour for us to be shortlisted for this award and it’s a shot in the arm for all our colleagues who work so hard to get everything right for our customers,” said Sophie Barrett, Sales Manager at Truelove Property & Construction.

“We’re really looking forward to attending the ceremony and meeting all the other nominees in our industry.”

This is the second award success that Truelove Property has enjoyed this month: at the beginning of March the company was named as the Best Residential Development Company – East Midlands in BUILD Magazine’s 2017 Home Builder Awards.
