Nottingham-based Fraser Brown Solicitors has announced the promotion of four of its lawyers.
Joanne Soar, Chris Chan, Peter Abel and Liam Wilkinson have been promoted to associates.
Joanne Soar, associate in the licensing team, joined Fraser Brown in 2005 and has over 26 years of experience in the industry. Joanne, who is a member of the Institute of Licensing, is a specialist in alcohol and entertainment licensing law.
Chris Chan, associate and commercial recoveries manager in the dispute resolution team, joined the firm three years ago and is a well-respected dispute resolution solicitor in the region. He handles everything from commercial and residential property litigation issues to professional negligence and general commercial litigation work.

Peter Abel, associate in the corporate team, joined Fraser Brown in 2014 as a newly qualified solicitor. He specialises in business and share acquisitions and disposals, banking and acquisition finance, reorganisations and company restructures and partnership matters.
Liam Wilkinson, associate in the commercial property team, joined the firm in 2012 as a trainee and became fully qualified in 2014. Liam deals with landlord and tenant work and the sale and purchase of commercial property.
