Nottingham-based law firm Rothera Sharp treated guests and staff to a real foodie experience, as part of its latest commercial services networking event.
The evening included attendees sampling a number of tasty dishes and canapés, which were prepared using fresh and locally sourced produce from the city’s top suppliers.
It took place in the heart of the city centre, at the renowned The Herbert Kilpin, which is named after the Nottingham born founder of AC Milan football club.
Guests were also able to enjoy a talk about the food and suppliers of Nottingham, as well as finding out some interesting local history about the venue and its famous namesake.
Speaking at the event, Rothera Sharp partner, Anton Balkitis, said:
“Since our merger last June, we have hosted a number of events to let Nottingham know that Rothera Sharp is ‘open for business’. This is the 5th event with local businesses and professional contacts.
“From our launch party at Colwick Hall, to a night of tapas and wine, to film and Oscars awards and the Crime & Punishment Tour at the Galleries of Justice – It is all part of our positioning strategy to help professionals and businesses see Rothera Sharp as a ‘go to’ law firm for commercial legal services in the county.”
Shirley Burns from Sense Financial Solutions was one of those who attended the event. She added:
“It was a superb evening with delicious innovative food and a great format which enabled me to have a proper chat with new acquaintances.”
Rothera Sharp’s head office is located on Kayes Walk in the centre of the Lace Market. The firm has other branches in Mapperley, Beeston, West Bridgford, Wollaton, Arnold, Long Eaton and Burton Joyce.
