Social Intelligence, a social media specialist agency founded in 2010, has re-launched as an integrated digital agency under the new name of Harbour 32 thanks to local growth hub funding; a move reflecting what promises to be an exciting new era for the Northamptonshire-based company.
The £6471 cash injection is made up of two grants part-funded from the European Regional Development Fund and which was delivered by the Northamptonshire Growth Hub (now a part of the SEMLEP Growth Hub) and Northampton County Council. The funds were intended to help enhance SME’s skills, support innovative digital business improvement projects and encourage entrepreneurship across Northamptonshire.
The agency’s rebrand underpins a broader growth strategy. While social media management and consultancy will remain at its core, it has expanded its offering to include fuller strategic digital consultancy, public relations, videography and paid social advertising in line with client and consumer demands. The business has also strengthened its expert team with the addition of specialists in Facebook Advertising, media relations and video production.
Shelley Röstlund, Director and co-founder of Social Intelligence, said the rebrand to Harbour 32 reflects the 21st century business challenges which SMEs face: “Businesses today need, and want, an integrated approach to their marketing activities to drive business growth.
“The grant funding has been used to expand our reporting, marketing and development capabilities to enable Harbour 32 to become the go-to partner for companies needing a more well-rounded approach to their digital communications and marketing support.”
The agency has also unveiled a new website and logo as part of the rebrand.
