National award for local trackway supplier for sixth consecutive year

A Leicestershire manufacturer and supplier of temporary roadway, trackway and pedestrian access systems has been shortlisted for a national industry award for the sixth year in succession following the amazing achievement of actually winning the award in 2017.

Eco Track & Access Ltd (ETA), based near Bruntingthorpe, has been shortlisted as a finalist yet again, in the Best Trackway Supplier category at the annual Event Production Awards. These prestigious national awards are held in London and recognise the very best services and suppliers utilised by the UK’s multi-million pound events industry.

The Leicestershire-based company supplies many of the UK’s top festivals and events, including De Montfort Hall’s Simon Says Festival together with international events such as the Chelsea Flower Show and the RBS Six Nations, as well as festivals held at world heritage sites such as Kew Gardens and Hyde Park.

“Winning the Event Production Award at the beginning of 2017 certainly kick-started what was a fantastic year for the business,” said Eco Track & Access CEO, Jonathan Vaughan. “Not only did we launch a brand new heavy-duty track mat, designed to provide ground cover and protection for site areas subject to the heaviest wear, we were also commissioned to design bespoke system solutions for a number of very exciting events overseas, including Germany, Dubai and Singapore.”

Looking at the shortlist, ETA is in first class company and knows the competition will be tough.

“We’ve certainly developed a reputation for punching above our weight and cannot thank the organisers enough for giving us such an amazing accolade last year. The fact that we’ve been shortlisted every year since the business began demonstrates consistency and shows clients we are in for the long haul, committed to providing an excellent level of service year after year.”

The Event Production Awards will take place at The Novotel London West on Wednesday 28th February 2018. Over 600 event professionals are expected to attend the evening, hosted by the Event Production Show, the annual showcase for the live events industry.
