The day will run from 10am until 4pm and will provide an opportunity for people affected by Parkinson’s to find out more about wellness, and how they can improve their overall feeling of mental and physical health.
Parkinson’s UK is now seeking organisations and therapists from Lincolnshire who would like to attend this day to showcase their skills and services. Attendance at this event for organisations is free, and there is also the option of offering a short introductory talk or taster session as part of the day’s programme.
Katie Smith, Area Development Manager, Parkinson’s UK, explains: “The day will be attended by people living with Parkinson’s as well as their family, friends and carers.
“The idea is that those attending can visit the Wellbeing Market that will showcase services and products that can support wellbeing.
“If you would like to have a free place within our Wellbeing Market to promote your business or organisation we’d love ot hear from you, so please get in touch.”
Interested parties should contact Katie Smith on: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0344 225 9863 for further details. Applications to attend need to be made by 2 May 2019.
