Leicestershire firm invests in ‘next generation’

Award-winning Primary, based in Leicestershire, has boosted its ranks by three to bring the total number of employees up to 10 in response to another phase of growth.

Managing Director Dan Stevens says the company has focused on “engaging with young talent to do things differently”.

Laura Brown and Frederike Ball have joined as Project Coordinators and Ben Doyle has started as a Business Development Manager.

The company, which organises conferences, product launches, exhibitions and award ceremonies, works with leading global brands, including Siemens, DMG MORI and Eneco.

Dan said: “As a forward-thinking and dynamic company we believe in investing in up and coming talent and nurturing the next generation.

“We already have a track-record for training and developing young talent and are once again pleased to have secured three more shining stars.”

So far this year Primary has staged events in Madrid and Milan and past successes also include organising Siemens’ global diversity tour  – an event to promote diversity and engage staff across the business. The tour took in 22,000 miles over 17 days.

The Market Harborough agency was this year shortlisted at the C&IT Excellence Awards for the European Consulting Conference it hosted in June for Siemens.

Primary picked up the Product Launch of the Year award in last year’s C&IT Excellence Awards. It was in recognition of a live stunt which saw images depicting the history of underground travel projected onto a mock-up train as a part of railway giant Siemens’ ‘Going Underground’ exhibition.
