LOUISE Johnson has worked in the East Midlands’ property industry for more than 10 years and is delighted to now be managing Richard Watkinson & Partners’ head office in Newark.
“I have worked at Pygott & Crone’s numerous Lincolnshire offices for a number of years, starting as a sales manager and finishing as a lettings negotiator before joining Richard Watkinson & Partners’ commercial and sales office,” said Louise.
As the Newark office’s manager Louise will be overseeing the day to day running of the established agency’s busy office, which has handled the agency’s sales and commercial business for more than 25 years.
“I was initially attracted to this role as Richard Watkinson & Partners is such a well- known local firm, renowned for its professionalism, high standards of service and customer satisfaction. It has clear brand awareness – which I fully support and agree with – and is an independent, family run firm with a clear direction looking to the future.
“I have lived in Newark for many years but moved away for work – so it feels like coming home,” added Louise.
Director, Simon Watkinson, is pleased to welcome Louise to the growing team. He said: “We now employ 50 staff across our eight branches in Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire and it’s a pleasure to have Louise join us. She has a wealth of experience and knows the local area well so I’m sure she will prove to be a valuable asset to the agency.
“The agency prides itself on giving clients a service that you couldn’t find anywhere else – whether it be from an online or high street agent. Louise is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) – proving her to be a fully capable and qualified addition to our Newark office.”
Richard Watkinson & Partners is also a member of the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) which comprises a handpicked selection of agencies across the UK which can refer customers looking to relocate.
“When a client comes to the office looking to relocate to another area we are now able to point them in the best direction in terms of trusted and capable agencies. Louise will also be supporting this service in her new role and it’s great to have her on board,” continued Simon.
