Nottingham’s Bierkeller Entertainment Complex has caught World Cup fever as the venue gets ready to screen all the action from this year’s tournament alongside drinks offers and a food menu with a distinctly global appeal.
The tournament kicks off today at 4pm, with the opening match being contested between hosts Russia and Saudi Arabia.
Nottingham’s Bierkeller Entertainment Complex consists of three venues within one – the traditional Bavarian Bierkeller, the Around the World bar and Nottingham’s biggest sports bar – Shooters Sports Bar.
Visitors will be able to watch live World Cup football throughout the tournament on the venue’s 20+ HD flat screen TVs as well as its two HD LED TV walls measuring 4 metres x 2 metres – so football fans will never miss a moment of the action.
Bierkeller has also teamed up with Beer Monkey Brew Co. to offer its exclusive World Cup Beer, Three Monkeys, for just £2.50 throughout every game – as well as serving bottled and on-tap favourites, wines and spirits.
Alongside a comprehensive drinks menu, the venue will also be serving up its new food menu with dishes from across the globe for a truly World Cup-inspired offering – including German bratwurst, American wings ‘n’ ribs, Mexican nachos and much more.
Fans can also enjoy a sing-along before, during and after all three England group games against Tunisia on Monday 18th June, Panama on Sunday 24th June and Belgium on Thursday 28th June, as well as a live DJ in the evening.
Those keen to guarantee the best seats in the house for this summer’s World Cup are advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Booking ensures waited service so that fans can watch every pass, goal and dodgy decision without queuing at the bar.
