House-hunters in Brampton will be able to find out how they can move up the property ladder with Part Exchange at an event in the village this weekend.
Bellway is hosting a Part Exchange weekend at its Brampton Gate development– a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, off Laws Crescent, on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May.
The sales team at Brampton Gate will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer information and advice to prospective buyers about using the Part Exchange scheme.
Part Exchange enables purchasers to secure a new home without having to worry about selling their current property.
Those who reserve a home during the weekend will also benefit from additional incentives.
Elaine Brown, Sales Manager for Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “We are really pleased to be holding a Part Exchange weekend at our Brampton Gate development.
“Part Exchange enables buyers to avoid the stress and hassle of being in a chain.
“We hope that by highlighting the benefits of the scheme this event will help even more people to achieve their aspiration of moving up the property ladder.”
Bijal and Prakash Parmar moved from a three-bedroom home into a new four-bedroom property after using Bellway’s Part Exchange scheme.
Bijal said: “Using the Part Exchange scheme made perfect sense to us.
“It meant we didn’t have to worry about waiting for our property to sell or being stuck in a chain.
“The homes were selling quickly, so I think if we hadn’t used the scheme, we probably would have missed out on the home we wanted.”
Under the Part Exchange scheme, Bellway makes an offer on the customer’s existing home based on an independent valuation of the property.
If the offer is accepted, the buyer is then able to move into their new home without having to worry about finding a buyer for their old property.
There is a range of four and five-bedroom homes on offer at Brampton Gate, with prices starting at £396,995.
