Established property developer Glebe Construction (Midlands) Ltd, trading as Glebe Homes, has commenced work in the village of Barrow on Trent to develop two luxury five bedroom homes due to complete in Q4 later this year. Royal Bank of Scotland has supported this development with a six figure funding package.
The two executive homes on Twyford Road will be marketed as The Vicarage and will offer high quality fixtures and fittings fetching a price tag of £900,000 and £950,000 for each property. This will be the second development for Glebe Homes in Barrow on Trent, the first completed in the Autumn of 2016 just off Chapel Lane.

Officially launched to the market in mid-May, Plot 2 “Clarence House” sold within 48 hours of the site being marketed. The team are positive Plot 1 “Burlington House” will also sell prior to the site being completed.
