Leading firm of chartered accountants, Newby Castleman, has appointed a new Audit and Accounts Manager.
Alex James, who has over 20 years’ experience in accountancy, will be based at the firm’s Loughborough office.
Alex has worked for the same firm throughout her career up to this point, progressing from a trainee role to a management position, where she was involved in all aspects of audit and accounts preparation. She specialises in audits and the charity sector.
Her new role will involve overseeing all audits for clients of the Loughborough office, reviewing the work of other staff, engaging with new clients and working with charities.
Alex said: “Newby Castleman is a long established firm and it holds itself to high standards of customer service – the personal touch is important the business, which is something that really appealed to me.
“I look forward to meeting and assisting clients, and helping them to overcome the challenges they face.”
